About Thatcher Realty

Thatcher Realty is a family business in Pleasant Hills, PA. Our family has lived in the Pittsburgh area, and has been in the real estate business for four generations. The members of Thatcher Realty consist of Mike and Brian Thatcher.

Mike is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and Brian has a degree in business from the University of Pittsburgh. We are both Marine Corps veterans, and have served a total of 4 deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Through our college and military experiences we learned many skills that are crucial in being successful in the real estate field. Our professionalism, integrity, and dedication to accomplishing the task at hand are just a few traits that allow us to provide the best experience possible for our clients.

The Thatcher team works in the real estate field in 3 main ways. Under Thatcher Realty, we provide property management services. We are real estate developers through our affiliated businesses. We are also Realtors with All Pittsburgh Real Estate. Because our family has been in the area going on its fifth generation, we strive to create high quality developments, and to create positive relationships with everyone we work with. We want the South Hills to be a great place to live for years to come.
